Changing the Ministry of Population Welfare Name

Why not call the Ministry and the Provincial Departments the Ministries etc of Population Management, Popu­lation Control or simply the Ministry of Population? ‘

Welfare’ clearly smacks of a cover up.

Population con­trol is not a crime!
